Is the item new?
Yes, all of our items are brand new and boxed.
When will it be delivered?
This really depends on the individual item and supplier, on average this should be within 3-5 working days. Bear in mind that orders can only be submitted to our suppliers during office hours. Please email us if you require a more accurate delivery time. If you require a faster delivery service then it is important that you contact us BEFORE you checkout; we need to know in advance and cannot always offer next day delivery even if requested.
Can you supply a VAT invoice?
Yes we are registered for VAT, and send VAT invoices.
